Jared is a big fat scam!
January 4th, 2007
Okay, the fat bastard lost a lot of weight, supposedly by eating at subway every day. Personally, I think I'’d of slit my wrist after the hundredth or so six-inch-veggie, but that’’s just me. Good job Jared, now shut the hell up! You whored yourself out to subway, probably to pay to get that skin fold removed, but we'’re officially tired of you. At first you were okay, just visiting us in our homes to say were fat and you'’re not, whatever. But now you’re nothing more than a tired spokes-puppet, spitting out half-truths and enough baloney to make a party-size sub.
I'’ve heard of comparing apples to oranges, but my God, you compare apples to deep-fried oranges with caramel sauce! Subway’’s six-inch Veggie delite only has 3 grams of fat, Burger King’’s triple whooper with cheese, extra bacon and a side of lard has a trillion! No duh dipspit! The truth is you can make healthy eating choices at ANY restaurant, and to prove that, here are a few low-fat examples:
Â
McDonalds:
Hamburger - 9grams
Premium Grilled Chicken Classic Sandwich - 9grams
Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken - 6grams
Caesar Salad (without chicken) - 4grams
Bacon Ranch Salad with Grilled Chicken - 9grams
Snack Size Fruit & Walnut Salad - 8grams
Fruit ‘’n Yogurt Parfait - 2grams
Apple Dippers with Low Fat Caramel Dip - 0.5grams
Â
Burger King:
BK VEGGIE® Burger w/o mayo - 8g
TENDERGRILL® Chicken Sandwich - 10g
Side Garden Salad w/ KEN’S® Light Italian Dressing - 11g
Â
Wendy’’s:
Jr. Hamburger - 9g
Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwich - 8g
Mandarin Chicken® Salad - 2g
Caesar Chicken Salad - 5g
Mandarin Orange Cup - 0g
Sour Cream & Chives Baked Potato - 4g
Small Chili - 6g
Â
Taco Bell:
Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco - 4g
Grilled Steak Soft Taco - 5g
Gordita Baja® - Chicken - 6g
Â
So I say, eat healthy! Enjoy a low fat dinner at your favorite restaurant without the side of self-righteousness! Oh and hey Jared: since you like pointing out unhealthy choices, so much, here’’s something for you to chew on:
Â
Subway’s less talked about nutritional choices:
Chipotle Steak & Cheese on Deli Roll - 26g
Double Bacon & Cheese on Deli Roll - 24g
6″ Tuna - 31g
6″ Chicken & Bacon Ranch - 25g
6″ Meatball Marinara - 24g
6″ Spicy Italian - 25g
Â
Wow! Next time you'’re thinking about dinner, remember this: A Subway 12″ Meatball Marinara sub has more fat than a Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese or a DOUBLE WHOPPER® With Cheese Sandwich (no mayo.)
